Niño Blanco Chicken Caesar Salad
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (cooked using Niño Blanco Cheesy Chicken Pico Recipe)
2 heads Romaine lettuce
¼ container Niño Blanco Mild Salsa
3 oz favorite Caesar dressing (we love LiteHouse)
½ avocado
¼ cup Parmesan cheese + 2 Tbsp
½ cup croutons
1/3 container Niño Blanco Pico de Gallo
Directions:
Mix together Niño Blanco Mild Salsa with Caesar dressing. Dice Romaine lettuce into 1” squares, clean,
and put in bowl. Add dressing, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, and croutons to lettuce and mix thoroughly. Slice chicken breast into 1/4” slices. Place tossed salad in serving dish and sprinkle with 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese. Top with diced avocado and sliced chicken. Sprinkle Niño Blanco Pico on top of chicken.
